THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY is a fundamental component to the wish-granting process. Without it, hundreds of eligible children would never be introduced to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.

The Foundation, along with hospitals and clinics from Milwaukee to Minneapolis, strives to ensure that every child who qualifies for a wish is referred to our office.

“Wishes give families the energy and drive to make it through the diagnosis and tough times of treatment,” states Susanne Gidan, ACSW, Pediatric Medical Social Worker at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. “Wishes are part of our comprehensive treatment plan.”
