THE MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION OF WISCONSIN ENDOWMENT FUND helps ensure that every eligible child receives his or her most heartfelt wish, both now and in the future.

The term endowment refers to a fund where the gifts received - also known as principal - are invested and only the earnings are spent. The endowment provides a stable source of funding for the Foundation while continuing to grow for future needs.

As the Foundation relies solely on the generosity of philanthropic gifts from individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations and trusts, this guaranteed funding is vital as it enables the Foundation to better withstand economic downturns, thereby allowing our biggest asset - our wish kids - to continue receiving their dreams come true.

A donation of $125,000 to the Foundation will ensure funding of one wish in perpetuity - a specific type of wish each year that will carry your name.
