Wells Enterprises, Inc., the makers of Blue Bunny ice cream, is helping Make-A-Wish® grant 100 wishes to 100 kids with life-threatening medical conditions in honor of the company’s 100th birthday
Milwaukee, WI (July 18) – A West Allis child’s one, heartfelt wish will soon be granted. Eight-year-old Brandon has been battling lymphoma since January. On Thursday, July 18, Blue Bunny will help Make-A-Wish® grant his wish to go to Hawaii as part of Blue Bunny’s 100 Years, 100 Wishes program.
While in Hawaii, Brandon will go swimming, see volcanoes, go snorkeling and go to a luau with his family. He and his family will embark for their grand adventure on July 25, but are celebrating with a sendoff party on July 18. Brandon’s wish sendoff party will include a Blue Bunny ice cream social and celebration to share this special day with his family and friends.
Brandon’s wish is part of a national effort by Wells, makers of Blue Bunny Ice Cream, to help Make-A-Wish grant 100 wishes in honor of Wells’ centennial year. It’s Wells’ 100th birthday wish-come-true that 100 kids with life-threatening medical conditions have their wishes granted. Wish-granting events are taking place across the country, each celebrated and captured on 100Years100Wishes.com
Join the celebration and lend support to the 100 wish kids by signing the Wish Card at 100Years100Wishes.com. The collection of signatures and messages will be delivered to each of the 100 wish kids in October 2013 in celebration of Wells’ 100th birthday on October 24, 2013.
